📋 Description

• Design and build connections between NetSuite and clients' business ecosystems, including CRMs, ecommerce platforms, manufacturing systems, financial systems, POS, data warehouses, and trading partners • Drive integration delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment • Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and realistic scope • Analyze complex business requirements and map client processes to NetSuite capabilities • Write solution design and technical design documents • Collaborate with the in-house development team on custom solutions • Monitor, troubleshoot, and sustain existing integrations, including EDI and service-oriented architectures • Develop reusable integration patterns, templates, best practices, and industry-specific solutions • Support presales scoping, estimating, and technical discovery • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing and delivering integrations for ERP or enterprise applications • Consulting or professional services experience ideally • Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS platform: Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Workato, or Oracle Integration Cloud • Strong working knowledge of API-based integration, including REST and SOAP • Knowledge of common integration patterns such as EDI • Business analyst or solution management background • Experience guiding developers and maintaining code quality and leading practices • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects • Broad familiarity with enterprise applications and their interactions • Excellent communication skills and confidence leading client conversations • Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and business models • NetSuite implementation experience preferred • Project management experience preferred • E-commerce integration experience, such as Shopify, Magento, or Amazon, preferred • Experience with ETL tools and data warehouse projects preferred • SQL and database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL preferred • Cloud application expertise across Salesforce, Google, or similar platforms preferred • EDI experience with retail or distribution trading partners preferred
