• Track and report global cash KPIs, including transportation costs, inventory levels, forecast accuracy, and reconciliation performance • Drive initiatives to reduce transportation and cash inventory costs without compromising service quality • Support the deployment globally of cash management systems • Oversee ATM cash forecasting processes to ensure optimal availability and minimize stockouts • Serve as the global subject matter expert for cash management, providing guidance and support to local teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field • 10+ years of experience in cash management, logistics, or supply chain operations • Strong knowledge of cash supply chain design, inventory management, and forecasting methodologies • Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization in complex, multi-country environments • Experience with technology-driven solutions (AI/ML forecasting, automation, routing optimization) • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a global organization.
