• Own the day-to-day revenue engine for a distributed sales team • Hire, onboard, and develop remote sales talent • Shape sales messaging, pipeline discipline, and go-to-market execution • Partner closely with executive leadership to scale predictable, repeatable growth • Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression through structured pipeline reviews • Actively coach through call reviews, role-plays, objection handling, and deal strategy in a remote environment • Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve conversion and sales velocity • Oversee lead generation and distribution in partnership with the lead mining team • Collaborate with Marketing and Product on sales messaging, scripts, and enablement tools • Plan and execute industry trade shows and events, including pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up • Track and report performance metrics across pipeline, revenue, activity, and event ROI
• Extensive experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, CCaaS, or SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role • Proven success leading remote or distributed sales teams • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong understanding of enterprise telecom solutions and sales cycles • Demonstrated ability to coach, hold accountability, and create structure in a remote environment • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and sales analytics • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
