📋 Description

• Manage and develop major/key accounts in the Austrian market • Budget and volume planning, and achieving and exceeding revenue and profitability targets • Plan, monitor and ensure forecast accuracy • Close collaboration with Sales Lead CHATIT, Finance, Demand Planning and Marketing • Actively manage the business based on risks and opportunities • Develop the negotiation strategy for value-adding initiatives in 2026 • Manage customer needs and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least 3 years of FMCG experience, ideally in Key Account Management • Excellent knowledge of the Austrian LEH (grocery retail), DFH (drugstore retail) and local trade structures • Confident handling of Excel/Pivot as well as Nielsen and GfK data • Strong negotiation skills and excellent German and English language skills • Proven track record of delivering sustainable growth strategies with major accounts • Entrepreneurial mindset, team orientation and a solution-focused working style
