📋 Description

• Work directly with Founders to drive business revenue in a B2B setting • Build growth experiments to drive business results • Run the growth organization rooted in numbers and analytics • Lead the growth engine through business ownership, pipeline management, and creative technical oversight • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and execute high-impact growth strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 6-13 years of professional experience, preferably in a business ownership/consulting role • Exceptional understanding of business metrics and revenue models • Advanced executive communication and presentation skills • Strong proficiency in data analysis and ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies • Solid understanding of copywriting, visual design, and website optimization is preferable • Strong ownership and agility to drive business results
