📋 Description

• Provide advice and consultation to support positive associate relations strategy • Investigate associate open door concerns and manage performance issues • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to address issues effectively • Prepare responses for EEOC or state based equal employment opportunity commission • Assist with execution of labor relations functions, including participation in grievance responses and arbitration

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resources • 5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources (HR), including recent employee relations investigations experience • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent listening skills and ability to probe based upon responses provided • Reasoning ability that includes strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills required • Ability to maintain highly confidential information • Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law
