• Review open outgoing invoices in Excel • Assist with invoice follow-up and tracking • Liaise with project managers • Document processing status • Use Excel and AI tools such as ChatGPT

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field • Good Excel and MS Office skills • Interest in finance, digitalization, and AI • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for contributing ideas
