• Unterstützung des HR-Teams bei organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben entlang des Rekrutierungsprozesses • Erstellen von Stelleninseraten • Vorselektion von Bewerbungen • Einholen von Referenzen • Terminvereinbarung mit Bewerbern • Unterstützung in der HR-Administration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt • Durchführung diverser administrativer Arbeiten
🎯 Requirements
• Erfahrungen im Bewerbermanagement und in der Rekrutierung von Mitarbeitern • Kenntnisse über Prozesse und deren Zusammenhänge über den gesamten Personal-Lifecycle • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung • Selbständige und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise • Vorzugsweise EDV-Kenntnisse • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Schrift und Sprache • Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen; Vorkenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich
