📋 Description

• Assist in planning, implementing and managing digitalization projects across the company • Support process analysis and optimization as part of the digital transformation • Support the rollout of new digital systems and tools — from concept through to user training • Document processes and project progress • Collaborate with various departments to develop and introduce digital solutions that meet business needs • Support communication between business units, IT service providers and project stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk) or a degree such as Industrial Engineering or Business Administration — ideally with a focus on digitalization, project management or process management • Proficient in MS Office — ideally experience with project management tools such as Office365, Jira or Confluence • Basic technical understanding and a strong affinity for digital topics • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication skills, team player and a pronounced hands-on mentality
