📋 Description

• Ensure the reliable and future-oriented technical operation of the park facilities • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of technical systems • Act as owner's representative; manage and lead construction projects in the technical domain • Commission and coordinate external service providers • Contribute to planning, budgeting and procurement of technical investments • Oversee the expansion of photovoltaic systems and serve as the interface to colleagues responsible for energy management and e-mobility • Support the integration of technical requirements into strategic investment measures

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in technical facility management or a comparable qualification in electrical or building services engineering with several years of professional experience • Knowledge of relevant technical regulations as well as the contractual frameworks VOB/B, VOB/C and HOAI • Experience in managing complex technical measures and investment projects • Independent, structured and entrepreneurial way of working • Practical experience in planning or implementing technical systems • Very good knowledge of MS Office (O365) • Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills • Valid driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel
