📋 Description

• Further development and assurance of quality standards across our care facilities • Management and monitoring of nursing key performance indicators (KPIs) • Conducting internal audits and quality checks and deriving measures for improvement • Supporting and advising facilities in implementing quality assurance measures • Training and advising staff on quality management topics • Collaboration with authorities, inspection bodies and external partners • Responsibility for the quality management manual

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree in social or health care or a comparable qualification • A state-recognized qualification as a geriatric nurse, registered nurse (RN) or pediatric nurse • Several years of professional and leadership experience in hands-on nursing, ideally as a nursing service manager (Pflegedienstleitung) or in healthcare quality management • Additional qualifications (e.g. QMB, Quality Manager, Internal Auditor) in quality management are an advantage • Resilience, organizational skills and flexibility • Solid knowledge of quality and risk management • Willingness to travel within Berlin
