📋 Description

• You support our subsidiaries in efficiently designing operational processes related to project tenders and procurement procedures for engineering services. • Continuous monitoring of relevant procurement platforms (EU, federal, state, municipality/city, and private). • Early detection and identification of new business opportunities and proactive reporting of potentials to management. • Preparation, compilation, and submission of public tenders and prequalification documents, as well as management and coordination of external service providers during the tendering process. • Maintenance and management of reference databases and standard documents (e.g., forms, declarations, compliance documents). • Close collaboration with operational and commercial teams to prepare proposal content. • Ensuring compliance with internal deadlines and coordination with contracting authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration. • Several years of professional experience in public procurement, tender/proposal management, or a legal/tender-related environment. • Very good knowledge of procurement regulations and procurement law, ideally in the field of engineering services. • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style combined with team spirit. • Very good organizational skills and a high level of accuracy. • Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., e-procurement systems). • Excellent written and spoken German and English.
