📋 Description

• Operational and commercial management of a defined property portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients' concerns • Active involvement in portfolio development • Correspondence with our clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc. • Handling lease and contract termination processes • Conducting preliminary inspections, final inspections upon termination, and handovers after re-letting • Processing and resolution of defects and maintenance issues • Regular portfolio inspections and responsibility for ensuring ongoing property safety and compliance • Collaboration with the technical team • Close cooperation with external service providers (especially caretakers, tradespeople, etc.) • Continuous data management and record-keeping

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational qualification as a Real Estate Clerk/Real Estate Agent (m/f/d) or several years' professional experience in property management • Ideally experience with SAP • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Service-oriented mindset and approach • Organized, structured working style and enjoyment of teamwork
