📋 Description

• Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of technical/building services systems • Act as owner’s representative; manage and lead construction projects in the technical domain • Commission and coordinate external service providers and contractors • Participate in planning, budgeting and procurement of technical investments • Manage the expansion of photovoltaic (PV) systems • Support the integration of technical requirements into strategic investment initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in technical facility/building management or comparable vocational training in electrical or building services engineering with several years of professional experience • Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and contract frameworks (VOB/B, VOB/C and HOAI) • Experience in managing complex technical measures and investment projects • Independent, structured and entrepreneurial way of working • Practical experience in the planning or implementation of technical systems • Very good knowledge of MS Office (O365) • Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills • Valid driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel
