📋 Description

• You actively deepen the customer relationship by leading security service projects as project manager through all phases and with all stakeholders • You accompany our existing customers throughout the complete customer journey and manage after-sales • You identify sales opportunities in customer conversations, uncover customer needs and successfully generate orders • You are responsible for the effective, factual, on-time and cost-appropriate execution of individual security projects • You transfer a structured working approach and target-oriented thinking to your project teams • You select suitable staff for your projects and actively support their development • You coordinate and motivate your team — in the event of conflicts you intervene tactfully • Contract management and project billing are familiar to you • You continuously develop our processes and standards and actively shape project management internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience developing and expanding B2B customer relationships, gained as a project manager, key account manager, service engineer or similar • Smart communication, good preparation and authenticity in your presentations • Methodological competence and motivation • An already established toolkit of project management methods and confident use of CRM systems • Successfully completed degree in engineering or equivalent • Ability to work independently, responsibly and in a very structured way • Basic understanding of complex infrastructures • Touchpoints with IT security services • Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written • Willingness to meet your customers in person about once a month (e.g., at trade shows, presentations, events)
