📋 Description

• Acquisition, planning and management of all exhibitors from the electrical sector (formerly belektro) for gedatec, including key accounts (approx. 80%) • Acquisition, planning and management of the start-up area and the outdoor exhibition area for CMS Berlin (approx. 20%) • Handling general customer inquiries • Collaboration with various specialist departments to prepare and execute the trade fair and to commission services • Involvement in and management of exhibitor-related sponsorship • Support in the technical organization of the supporting program, including specialist forums, and coordination of interfaces with relevant corporate departments • Maintenance of databases as well as data analysis and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or degree with a focus on business/economics or communications, or a comparable qualification, or several years of relevant professional experience • German (native level), English (business fluent) • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications • Passion for acquisition and experience in event organization
