• Builden Partners is seeking contract Marketing & Business Development Managers to lead marketing strategy for our expanding roster of law firm clients. • Our innovative Marketing Infrastructure Model resonates with attorneys and has positioned us for significant growth in the coming year. • These remote, contract positions offer flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients without the constraints of a traditional office setting. • The Marketing & Business Development Manager will support our clients in the full range of law firm marketing and business development activities, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating customized marketing plans, leading projects, collaborating with attorneys, and conducting business development coaching.
• 5-8 years of law firm experience; large law firm experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related field • Ability to plan strategically and execute tactically • Strong writing and verbal communication skills • Exceptional project management skills • Strong client service focus • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines • Enjoys working within our process-driven model • Highly focused, organized and intensely detail oriented
