📋 Description

• Gain in-depth knowledge of job requirements, client operations, and industry trends • Set up and manage job postings in Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter • Optimize job postings for visibility and appeal • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking • Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit • Manage a full weekly load of sourcing, screenings, and interviews • Consistently put forward 3–5 well-vetted, qualified candidates every seven days • Build and manage a high-quality talent pipeline • Coordinate with the Bullpen Talent team on active searches and special projects • Keep notes and candidate records current to enable clean handoffs between sessions • Identify, attract, and engage talent throughout LATAM for US clients

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, placing candidates across diverse levels and industries and in tight time frames • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Dependable attendance during scheduled hours • Strong follow-through and proactive communication • Eagerness to learn about different job types, skill sets, and client businesses • Strong understanding of the talent landscape • Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) is required • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter is required • Experience sourcing, engaging, and interviewing entry- and mid-level professionals across a range of industries • Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule and be online and reachable during scheduled hours • Ability to occasionally shift or extend hours to accommodate candidate availability • English proficiency is required by the application form
