📋 Description

• Oversee system architecture, platform governance, administration, and performance for a Salesforce instance supporting 250+ users • Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for revenue operations, sales forecasting, approval management, and customer lifecycle workflows • Direct platform security, user access, SSO, MFA, permission structures, and compliance initiatives • Construct and refine Salesforce flows, configurations, automated processes, and validation rules • Manage DealHub CPQ and improve quote-to-cash operations • Architect, maintain, and troubleshoot GTM ecosystem integrations • Evaluate and deploy AI-powered workflows using MCP connectors and modern automation tools • Ensure data integrity through governance frameworks, audits, validation, and monitoring • Develop reports and executive dashboards for pipeline, ARR, forecasting, and operational metrics • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, RevOps, and IT stakeholders • Lead release management, platform enhancements, documentation, training, and continuous improvement • Identify opportunities for AI agents to automate repetitive operational tasks while maintaining governance and human supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing Salesforce platforms in a SaaS Go-To-Market or Revenue Operations setting • Extensive experience configuring Salesforce settings, automation, security frameworks, and platform governance • Practical experience with DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or comparable quote-to-cash systems • Experience designing and maintaining enterprise integrations, webhooks, and REST APIs • Track record establishing scalable reporting, validation, and data governance frameworks • Understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex basics, validation rules, and Salesforce Flows • Experience supporting executive leadership through strategic initiatives and high-level operational reporting • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for business partners • High ownership and ability to prioritize, execute, and drive system enhancements • Proficiency in AI capabilities, including prompt engineering, evaluating AI workflows, managing AI assistants, and identifying automation opportunities while preserving governance and human supervision
