📋 Description

• Support in planning, managing and monitoring projects with respect to schedule, costs and quality • Project controlling and reporting in accordance with company guidelines • Ensuring project documentation and maintaining the risk matrix • Preparing and conducting workshops, taking minutes and tracking action items • Coordination and collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders • Further development of PM methods, processes and automation initiatives • Training and provision of standards, templates and tools in project management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification with an additional project management certification • Several years of professional experience in project management or project organization, ideally in IT project management • Excellent knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methods • Confident user of MS Office, project management tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP), JIRA, Confluence • Experience in project costing and control • Strong organizational skills, team orientation and well-developed social and communication skills • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working • Very good English skills and German language skills at least at C1 level
