📋 Description

• Campaign Captain: You steer our marketing campaigns from briefing to asset delivery and maintain close communication with all relevant teams and units. • Briefing Lead: You provide concise, clear and targeted briefs to our creative team so ideas can truly take off. • Production Planner: Whether video or photo, you coordinate and oversee our productions. • Timing Talent: You keep deadlines, schedules and budgets firmly in view and under control. • Structure Expert: You know what a project plan looks like and organize yourself and others so nothing falls through the cracks. • Multi-Tasking Master: You confidently juggle concurrent projects and maintain oversight even when working with many small tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Agency experience: Preferably from a creative or advertising agency so you are familiar with workflows, creative processes and production preparations. • Project management skills: You can manage processes, secure deadlines and bring teams together efficiently. • Media understanding: CTV, OOH and DOOH are not unfamiliar to you, even if you don't have to recite a media plan from memory. • Service-oriented mindset: You understand the role of a mediator between strategy, creative and implementation and bring a strong service orientation. • Communication skills: You can evaluate creative and strategic content, provide constructive feedback and ensure smooth coordination.
