• As part of our long-standing PPP projects, you will play a central role at the interface between operational implementation and strategic development: you will support our site managers with overarching tasks that go beyond day-to-day operations and contribute to the further development of our location alongside the project and site management — especially on operational, conceptual and coordination topics. • Project support: You will take responsibility for work packages within ongoing PPP projects and work closely with the project management and on-site site managers. • Concept development and proposal preparation: You will actively contribute to the development of operational and technical revitalization concepts for existing properties and to the preparation of proposals for new projects. • Communication and interface management: You will maintain regular communication with clients, authorities and project stakeholders and support customer and user enquiries. • Quality and performance controlling: You will keep track of complex contractual frameworks and monitor the delivery of contractually agreed services, keep budgets in view and support cost and revenue control. • Risk and conflict management: You will identify risks at an early stage, develop targeted preventive measures and thus secure project success. You will address conflicts in a structured, solution-oriented way with the aim of achieving sustainable results for all parties involved. • Reporting: You will assist with the preparation and maintenance of project-related reports and analyses. • Project implementation: You will support the implementation of new projects and properties and ensure a smooth transition into operation.
