📋 Description

• Set up hardware, operating systems, and networks • Troubleshoot and repair faults in technology-driven customer systems • Plan, configure, deploy, and test IT systems • Integrate hardware and software components into complex IT systems • Advise users on the selection and use of devices and equipment • Perform fault isolation and resolution using expert and diagnostic systems • Create system documentation and conduct user training • Serve as the first point of contact for external customers regarding service requests, maintenance, and incident resolution • Contribute to the development of modern, optimized services • Support complex IT systems, e.g., production control systems

🎯 Requirements

• At least an intermediate secondary school certificate (MSA) with strong grades in mathematics and ideally in computer science • Curiosity and interest in information technology • Structured and analytical thinking skills • Motivation and willingness to take initiative • Quick learner • Strong communication skills
