• University degree, e.g., in political science/public administration, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field • Practical experience in the public/government sector • Commercial awareness, customer orientation, motivation and initiative • Structured, accountable, analytically strategic and independent working style • Presentation skills, enjoyment of customer contact, strong interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset
