📋 Description

• You are responsible for carrying out commissioned acquisition projects for site acquisition, contract portfolio management, property management and marketing. • You are responsible for the timely and qualitative monitoring and acceptance of the acquisition services to be delivered until handover to the relevant departments. • Ensure legal validity and compliance with permitting guidelines as part of a review of pre-decision processes according to uniform standards for quality and cost-effectiveness. • You are responsible for lease and usage agreements for the construction and operation of telecommunications installations, in particular radio/antenna sites. • You independently create project and schedule plans and contribute to efficient resource planning with regard to order management, acceptance, invoice verification and approval, as well as escalation, approval and control mechanisms.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in site acquisition or in the real estate industry • A degree or vocational qualification in real estate or law • Knowledge of the fundamentals of real estate • Conceptual and analytical thinking and working; application of project management techniques • Very good knowledge of professional project management • Fluent German (C1) and (very) good English (B2), both spoken and written
