📋 Description

• Responsibility for the compliant and legally sound operation of designated building services systems • Identification and implementation of numerous operator obligations with particular relevance to legal compliance • Organization of maintenance (inspection, servicing, testing) for systems of high technological complexity with significant interfaces to other trades • Coordination of fault/incident management with primary focus on core business operations and management of external service providers • Ensuring and optimizing the operation of utility/technical supply systems and maintaining legally compliant operational documentation • Leading cross-functional projects involving high technical complexity of systems • Independently implementing the environmental, energy, and sustainability targets of the Bundesdruckerei Group and identifying and proposing new potential improvements • Participation in internal and external audits of management systems and support for complex building services (TGA) projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a comparable discipline • Several years of practical experience in the operation and maintenance of building services systems, with expertise in refrigeration and HVAC • Knowledge of project management, design/planning of building services systems, and building automation • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g. DIN, VDI, Industrial Safety Regulation/BetrSichV, etc.) • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP and a CAD program (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Visio) • Structured, self-reliant and reliable working style, with a confident demeanor, customer focus, team spirit and strong communication skills • Participation in the on-call rota is desirable
