📋 Description

• Strategic and operational management of the Business Unit in Berlin with a focus on sustainable growth • Responsibility for revenue, profitability and contract-compliant project execution • Identification of new market potentials and acquisition of new customers and projects, as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships • Development and implementation of sales strategies • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and targeted support for individual development • Expansion of our network in the Berlin region and surrounding areas

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification • Strong sales skills and an entrepreneurial mindset • Solid knowledge of the regional industrial sectors • Strong communication skills, empathy and decisiveness • Experience in project-based work and in managing complex processes • Several years of professional/leadership experience in an industrial environment
