📋 Description

• Structured capture of customer requirements from technical stakeholders for IT infrastructure (including designing and conducting surveys/assessments, interviews, workshops, and analyses) • Participation in the development of functional and technical solution designs (functional/architecture/security) • Creation of and editorial responsibility for functional specifications and service descriptions, as well as participation in procurement processes • Ensuring targeted communication and close collaboration with business units, end users, and all involved stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, an equivalent field, or completed technical vocational training, or several years of professional experience in the described area • Relevant experience in requirements management for IT infrastructure, including confidence in using requirements management tools such as Jira, DOORS, etc. • Methodological knowledge of requirements management standards (e.g., IREB, Agile) and ideally standards used in the public sector • Experience with the conditions, structures, and processes in a governmental/administrative environment is an advantage • Targeted communication and presentation skills for different audiences • Independent and goal-oriented working style, analytical thinking, willingness to take responsibility, and a team-oriented, approachable manner
