📋 Description

• Technical responsibility and operational cross-site management of multiple internal test teams for integration, system, and acceptance testing, as well as coordination of various test projects • Development and implementation of testing methodologies and strategies in the areas of integration, system, and acceptance testing, with reporting to management • Definition and implementation of appropriate metrics and continuous test improvement processes • Continuous review and optimization of the testing process • Preparation of concepts, strategies, and plans for testing complex system solutions, and enforcement of testing requirements and objectives during the test process • Execution and documentation of testing activities; derivation of appropriate corrective actions where necessary • Identification of test objects and test requirements, as well as prioritization and definition of test conditions

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field with practical experience; additional qualifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation and ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager • Extensive practical experience in test planning, test control/management, test specification, and test process design • Comprehensive knowledge of project management, quality assurance, system development, and requirements management • Experience in leading and coordinating a team • Good communication skills at both working and management levels, self-awareness and tolerance for mistakes, and the ability to provide constructive feedback • Good command of English
