📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching, and motivating your store team • Organize stock management for the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation within the store • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant workflows and sales processes • Take responsibility for sales and financial results for your store • Confident use of our inventory management and POS systems • Responsible for sales, analyses and staff planning

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in beauty retail or fashion • Strong service orientation and sales skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire others • Team player with leadership experience • Strong organizational skills and a good numerical/analytical understanding • Passion for cosmetics • Confident and professional manner in communication
