📋 Description

• Deputise for the day-to-day operational management of the restaurant • Lead and develop a young team • Set quality and service objectives • Actively participate in daily operations • Staff scheduling, inventory management, restaurant workflow planning & budget planning • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs • Conduct interviews and select new staff • Deliver staff training

🎯 Requirements

• Several years' experience in the hospitality or hotel industry • Good German language skills — at least C1 level • Experience in leading teams • You are both a motivator and a point of contact for staff • An eye for talent • Service-oriented work approach
