📋 Description

• Independently analyze, evaluate and comment on contracts for energy facility projects • End-to-end contract management across the entire project lifecycle in coordination with project management and the relevant specialist departments • Develop project- and supplier-specific claim strategies in coordination with the Head of Contract Management and company/project management • Manage and operationally implement measures to assert or defend change claims, as well as handle change orders and construction disruptions • Support schedule, cost and performance control • Assess opportunities and risks based on the contract and project execution • Support development of processes and further development of existing processes and strategies in claim management • Act as the operational interface between specialist departments, project teams and stakeholders and the Head of Contract Management • Comply with and apply the applicable standards and regulations for occupational safety and accident prevention, environmental protection and data protection • Uphold the core values and foundations of VINCI Energies

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in engineering, law, business administration or comparable qualification • Initial professional experience (approx. 2 years) in contract and claim management on major construction projects, ideally in infrastructure or renewable energy • Strong knowledge of the underlying legal frameworks (BGB, VOB, etc.) • Advanced contractual, commercial and technical knowledge • Structured, reliable and analytical way of working • Proactive and communicative personality with a solution-oriented approach • Business-fluent German • Driver’s license class B • Willingness to travel (as required for project assignments)
