⢠Support administrative tasks such as budgeting, expense reporting, and general reports or other presentation materials to support functional work. ⢠Provide support for meetings, trainings, seminars, events, coffee tastings, and business travel for departmental partners. ⢠Provide calendar support to multiple leaders and/or a team. ⢠Support the process of onboarding/offboarding district managers including obtaining necessary computer equipment. ⢠Organize and maintain virtual filing system(s). ⢠Respond to phone calls and written requests for information. ⢠Research issues and gather information. ⢠May index records and information. ⢠Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization and communication. ⢠Serve as a primary point of contact to distribute material and communicate standard operating procedures. ⢠Respond to requests for information. ⢠Effectively build relationships with operational leaders.
⢠3-5 years administrative experience ⢠Experience with multi-unit/multi-leader administrative support ⢠Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing ⢠Ability to demonstrate attention to detail ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams ⢠Advanced knowledge of office procedures and general office equipment ⢠Ability to build trust based and collaborative relationships with cross functional partners ⢠Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts, and the design of solutions as a member of a team ⢠Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment ⢠Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
