⢠Serve as the first point of contact, professionally managing all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. ⢠Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring all calendars are accurately maintained. ⢠Provide clients with accurate information and direct enquiries to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner. ⢠Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, digital file management, and the preparation of reports and documents. ⢠Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and enquiries with a positive and helpful attitude. ⢠Assist with the organisation of virtual meetings, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are handled smoothly. ⢠Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all business communications.
⢠Proven experience in a front desk, administrative assistant, or similar customer-facing role. ⢠Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. ⢠Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard office software. ⢠A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently in a remote environment. ⢠Access to a dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection. ⢠Previous experience working in a fully remote position. ⢠Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom. ⢠Experience with CRM systems or online scheduling software.
