📋 Description

• Compile and organize all required documentation for reduction requests. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all materials. • Engage in direct negotiations with medical providers to secure bill reductions. • Advocate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. • Monitor the progress of each request and follow up consistently with providers. • Confirm receipt, signature, and processing of all negotiated reductions in accordance with company procedures. • Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all reduction activity, including requests, provider responses, negotiation notes, and final outcomes. • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal documentation standards. • Provide clients with clear, timely updates regarding the status of their reduction requests. • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. • Work closely with internal departments, including legal, billing, and client services, to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient resolution of cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English is a requirement. • Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare negotiations, or client services preferred. • Previous experience in working with a US firm is a plus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. • Knowledge of healthcare billing systems or legal procedures related to medical liens or claims preferred. • Experience negotiating with providers or third-party payers preferred. • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
