📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates through: LinkedIn, Jobstreet, OnlineJobs.ph, Facebook Groups, Professional networks, Local recruiting channels • Build candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. • Conduct initial interviews. • Evaluate: English communication skills, Customer service mindset, Professionalism, Reliability, Remote work readiness, Assess cultural fit with BFG's client-focused environment. • Present qualified candidates with: Resume, Interview notes, Salary expectations, Availability, Communication assessment, Recruiter recommendation • Schedule interviews with BFG leadership. • Coordinate follow-up communications. • Assist with reference checking. • Maintain candidate tracking records.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Experience recruiting remote employees • Experience recruiting customer service or client-facing professionals • Excellent English communication skills • Strong interviewing skills • Familiarity with online recruiting platforms • Ability to work independently • Located in Cebu (Preferred)
