📋 Description
• Develop proposal project plans for prospective client opportunities • Schedule RFP Kick-Off Meetings • Distribute information to SMEs • Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Strategic Sales Advisors regarding pricing • Populate proposal responses & incorporate Klue • Finalize draft and distribute for review, incorporate feedback and make edits • Update content library • Become a Member of Association of Proposal Management Professionals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred • 5+ years of experience with proposal writing • Prior experience within the benefits or healthcare industry is ideal • Ability to manage deadlines • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
