📋 Description

• Promote BeOne’s Hematology products through calls on targeted physicians • Train and educate physician support staff on the proper use of products • Maintain communication with BeOne’s Market Access Team • Identify customer changes and ensure resources are allocated to address them • Complete product knowledge coursework and compliance assignments • Perform administrative tasks, including reporting call activity and submit expenses • Assist in issue resolution and communicate with marketing and sales management • Support compliance with applicable BeOne policies

🎯 Requirements

• B.A. / B.S. degree • 8 plus years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management • Significant Hematology experience preferred • Self-starting, self-managing independent work style • Dedicated to customer service • Results oriented with strategic focus on sales • Experience in specialty sales • Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) • Familiarity with CRM software
