📋 Description

• Be the primary owner of contract operations for the market access team • Onboard market access new hires and ensure an updated onboarding tool kit • Support market access for National, off-site market access and small group events • Provide Meeting Support to the Director of Market Access Operations • Manage the congress and large event planning process • Maintain team level rosters and the market access overview • Own market access communications in partnership with the Director of Market Access Operations • Complete special assignments that may require researching issues, analyzing, and summarizing data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of market access field experience • Documented success organizing large projects with tight deadlines • Strong people, organizational, and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Experience using SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and contract management systems.
