• Maximizar los productos de BeiGene en el territorio asignado. • Implementar la estrategia comercial, generando demanda y desbloqueando barreras de acceso. • Apoyar y asesorar a los clientes de cuentas clave en el territorio. • Lograr las metas de ventas, KPIs de marca, metas financieras y objetivos de marketing. • Implementar y ejecutar el plan de visitas médicas alineado a la estrategia de marketing. • Desarrollar planes de negocios e implementar actividades relacionadas con eventos para clientes.
• Amplia experiencia demostrada en ventas, gestión territorial y gestión de cuentas clave. • Licenciatura en Administración, Ciencias de la Salud o similar. • Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Representante de Ventas, manejando productos altamente especializados preferiblemente en oncología o hematología. • Experiencia en Mercado Público (IMSS, ISSSTE, IMSS Bienestar).
