📋 Description

• Drive the development of highly complex systems • Ensure the robustness of the Java ecosystem within cloud-native architectures • Promote the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to financial engineering • Serve as a technical leader and potentially assume management of multidisciplinary technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Our challenge is to drive the development of highly complex systems, ensuring the robustness of the Java ecosystem in cloud-native architectures and promoting the integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to financial engineering. • Architecture and scaling: Design and implement resilient microservices using Spring Boot and event-driven architectures (GCP Pub/Sub or Kafka). • Resilience and data: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and high availability in distributed architectures, maintaining continuity for mission-critical systems. • Technical leadership: Act as a key contributor in strategic architectural decisions, promoting CI/CD best practices, test automation, and technical excellence in day-to-day work. • Experience with Java 11 or higher: Strong command of the language and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Data, Cloud, Batch). • Distributed systems patterns: Proficient with patterns such as SAGA (orchestrated/choreographed), CQRS, and Event Sourcing. • Observability: Careful use of monitoring and observability tools to ensure continuous visibility into system health, performance, and traceability. • Modeling and design: Proficient with the C4 Model for documentation and practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD). • Data resilience: Experience implementing persistence strategies and fault-tolerance for high-load systems. • Messaging and events: Advanced experience with GCP Pub/Sub or Kafka, focusing on delivery guarantees, message ordering, and consumer scaling. • Cloud platform (GCP): Proven experience with Google Cloud, emphasizing scalability and containers (GKE/Docker).
