📋 Description

• Lead, guide, and mentor the design of business solutions, aligning the functional and technical responsibilities of components and integrations with enterprise architecture principles • Communicate the current-state business vision and contribute to defining the future-state vision by proposing roadmaps aligned with business and engineering teams • Capture value streams together with the business capabilities involved in initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan • Design the architectural vision for the Internal Audit’s adoption of AI agents, defining where and how AI agents integrate with business capabilities and the corporate ecosystem • Document contextual and technical views in corporate architecture tools, generating standardized outputs to guide the architecture of new projects • Identify and promote the reuse of existing functionality, managing reference architectures from creation through retirement • Submit and defend solutions in architecture forums, covering the business, solution, technology, integration, data, infrastructure, and security domains • Record and track technical debt in accordance with the bank’s architecture governance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect in financial institutions or large-scale regulated environments • Conceptual and practical mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks: BIAN, TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent frameworks • Advanced practical experience with ArchiMate modeling notation and tools such as Archi or Bizzdesign • Proficiency in the C4 Model (context and containers) • Proficiency in software design patterns: microservices, REST APIs, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), event-driven architecture, and cloud-native applications • Understanding of Generative AI architectures and agent-based systems, including LLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalents), and agent harness concepts • Excellent communication skills to translate technical challenges into business terms, and vice versa • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • Experience leading through influence and acting as an interface between engineering and senior management • Industry certifications such as TOGAF, BIAN Foundation, or AWS or GCP Solutions Architect Professional • Familiarity with Internal Audit, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), or Internal Controls • Experience with AI agent adoption initiatives, agent evaluation (evaluation harness), and GenAIOps practices • Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Vertex AI (Agent Builder) or equivalent platforms • Eligible internal candidates – N9 and N10
