📋 Description

• Define and evolve the architecture of Juvo’s D2C systems, including microservices, BFFs, integrations, and data • Design and evolve the AI agent platform, including orchestration, tools/MCP, memory/knowledge (RAG), multi-provider integrations, and channels • Ensure governance over model usage, including cost, quotas, per-customer/service identity, fallback mechanisms, and risk controls • Standardize technical decisions through patterns, contracts, ADRs, and documentation • Lead trade-off discussions with engineering, product, and security teams • Implement and evolve critical platform and AI components in .NET (C#), TypeScript/Node, and/or Python • Develop APIs, integrations, agents, connectors, tools, and automations • Orchestrate workflows • Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and production readiness • Support teams in adopting standards, AI, and automation • Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/Kubernetes using Docker/Helm and GitHub Actions • Integrate services through APIs, events/messaging, and data using PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and, where applicable, Snowflake

🎯 Requirements

• Experience architecting and delivering distributed systems in production, preferably in fintech, credit, or technology • Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, CQRS, DDD, and BFF-based orchestration • Ability to define boundaries and contracts between services • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, tools/MCP, RAG, and workflow orchestration (n8n or equivalent) • Strong focus on cost, security, and operating AI platforms in production • Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and at least one of TypeScript/Node or Python • Experience with REST APIs, messaging, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD • Experience with AWS and containers/Kubernetes • Clear communication, ownership, and the ability to provide technical leadership without becoming a bottleneck • English proficiency • Bachelor’s degree • Nice to have: React/Next.js and collaboration with mobile teams (Flutter) • Nice to have: OpenTelemetry/Grafana/Sentry and Terraform • Nice to have: Advanced AI cost governance, security applied to agents/tools, and evaluations (evals/guardrails) • Nice to have: Cloud, architecture, or security certifications
