📋 Description

• Bring omadia, our proprietary Agentic OS, to businesses • Engage decision-makers in the mid-market, from CTOs and CISOs to COOs and CFOs • Qualify leads and schedule meetings • Conduct initial calls and product demos • Support customers from the two-week pilot through to production deployment • Work with the executive team on large deals • Acquire and manage partner companies such as agencies, systems integrators, and resellers • Actively shape omadia’s sales strategy and feed market insights back into the product • Build your own reputation as an Agentic AI specialist • Position omadia with customers as a door opener, closer, and partner manager

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales or account management • Experience selling complex IT solutions in a B2B environment—directly or through partners, ideally in the mid-market • Passion for sales • Courage and willingness to think outside the box • Enthusiasm for AI agents • An understanding of data privacy, IT security, and compliance • Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of closing deals • Ability to communicate in German (C1 or higher) and English • Valid work authorization required • Willingness to work part-time, 20 to 24 hours per week
