📋 Description

• Design, build and maintain Azure-based infrastructure using Terraform modules (IaaS and PaaS resources), as part of new projects or required updates in production environments • Troubleshoot IaaS and PaaS issues reported via incident tickets in ServiceNow and meet SLAs for ticket resolution • Create and maintain environment diagrams, playbooks, runbooks and best-practice documentation • Share knowledge • Communicate with internal business partners, including providing guidance on application design • Operate, monitor and maintain multiple Azure subscriptions and associated global applications • Build, maintain and support efficient, scalable and secure data pipelines • Work on projects and handle incident tickets as part of the team

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience with core Azure services: Resource Manager, Virtual Machines/Scale Sets, Storage (Blob/Files), Networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, Private Link) • More than 3 years of experience administering Windows or Linux, with strong troubleshooting skills • More than 3 years of experience with Azure Kubernetes Service • More than 2 years of experience with Terraform • Ability to work independently and initiate tasks without supervision, meet deadlines, work collaboratively in a team, follow documented policies and procedures and maintain excellent customer service • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with BICEP and/or ARM templates — desirable • Knowledge of CI/CD and automation: Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions (YAML) — desirable • Familiarity with configuration management tools, preferably Ansible — desirable • Familiarity with configuration and management of Kafka, MongoDB and Elasticsearch — desirable • Proficiency in Bash, Shell or PowerShell — desirable • Strong communication and teamwork skills — desirable
