📋 Description

• Advise enterprise clients on digital transformation and cloud technology adoption initiatives. • Define application, data, and solution modernization strategies using Google Cloud Platform. • Design and implement production-grade Agentic AI solutions. • Develop solutions using Vertex AI, Agent Development Kit – ADK, Agent Engine, and LangChain. • Design intelligent workflows and multi-agent system architectures. • Support Machine Learning initiatives, including feature engineering, data validation, and model monitoring. • Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients. • Lead technical, strategic, and executive workshops. • Identify business requirements and translate them into technical architectures and solutions. • Support clients in defining strategic roadmaps for Google Cloud and Artificial Intelligence adoption. • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities. • Contribute to the development and presentation of value propositions, innovative solutions, and business cases. • Support clients in defining project success criteria and key performance indicators. • Provide visibility into cloud consumption, solution adoption, and achieved outcomes. • Support the validation of technical and business benefits generated by implemented solutions. • Work with multinational clients, global teams, and multicultural environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Hands-on experience with Vertex AI. • Knowledge of Google Agentspace. • Experience in cloud solution architecture. • Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions. • Knowledge of Agentic AI and intelligent agent implementation. • Experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK). • Experience with Agent Engine. • Hands-on experience with LangChain or equivalent frameworks. • Knowledge of multi-agent systems. • Experience building agentic workflows. • Machine Learning knowledge. • Experience with feature engineering and feature definition. • Knowledge of data validation processes. • Experience with model monitoring. • Knowledge of feature store management. • Experience with model lifecycle management. • Strong consulting experience or direct engagement with clients and stakeholders. • Proven experience in digital transformation and cloud adoption programs. • Experience leading technical implementations for enterprise clients. • Experience working in enterprise environments. • Ability to lead executive workshops. • Ability to identify business opportunities. • Experience developing strategic roadmaps. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Advanced or fluent English. • Advanced or fluent Spanish. • Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
