📋 Description

• Participate in regional technical meetings with clients, acting as the point of contact for aligning activities and requests. • Perform consistency checks of network parameters, including license audits (License Audit) and feature audits (Feature Audit). • Perform troubleshooting of VIP tests and complaint investigations, preparing technical analyses and reports. • Optimize network features, with a focus on Carrier Aggregation, Mobility and LMS. • Conduct special activities such as performance benchmarking, technical analyses in conjunction with the HQ TAC, and specialized support for resolving complex issues. • Review Requests for Change (RFCs) of low and medium complexity. • Execute Requests for Change (RFCs) of high complexity or those classified as critical. • Prepare and validate final project installation documentation (Project Delivery Installation – PDI), ensuring technical compliance and delivery quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. • Experience with mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G and/or 5G). • Knowledge of network optimization, troubleshooting, Rollout and NPM. • Experience with change management (RFC), technical audits, and project documentation. • Technical English for interaction with global teams is considered a plus.
