📋 Description

• Act as a Level 3 (L3) Support professional for agent solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio • Handle advanced incidents, service requests and escalations in production environments • Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues • Perform root cause analysis • Implement permanent fixes • Continuously improve agent solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability • Create runbooks, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and knowledge articles • Ensure full support coverage from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience developing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions (formerly Power Virtual Agents) • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience with Power Platform, including Cloud Flows, connectors, expressions, connection references and troubleshooting • Experience supporting advanced (L3) applications, incident management, root cause analysis, service requests and production escalations • Knowledge of Power Platform administration, solution deployment, environment management and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes • Experience with integrations, APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services and authentication • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, RBAC and support group management • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills • Experience creating runbooks, SOPs and knowledge articles • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps) • Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder and Generative AI solutions • Experience supporting Copilot Studio agents, agent-based AI solutions and enterprise AI applications • Experience with Dataverse, custom connectors, Microsoft Graph APIs and ServiceNow integrations • Familiarity with ITIL processes, problem management and knowledge management • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-103 or Copilot Studio Applied Skills certifications are a plus
