📋 Description

• Work on banking projects • Responsible for requirements elicitation, functional analysis and specification of systems • Act as a bridge between business areas, end users, and technical teams • Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of solution architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in functional analysis of banking projects • Over 5 years' experience preparing functional specifications • Solid technical knowledge, especially in: • System architecture • System integration • API-based solutions • Backend vs. frontend distinctions • Hybrid environments • Comfortable communicating with users, conducting interviews, and efficiently eliciting requirements • Ability to handle complex topics and coordinate multiple involved areas • Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to report information to senior management
