📋 Description

• Technically lead the development team across a variety of projects • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert in .NET, Node.js, React, Oracle, SQL Server, and Kubernetes • Conduct code reviews and mentoring sessions to foster the team’s technical growth • Define architecture standards, best practices, and deployment strategies • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure value-driven deliveries • Support the technical prioritization and effort estimation of requirements • Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of the solutions developed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET (C#) and/or Node.js development • Advanced proficiency in React.js for building front-end applications • Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially Oracle and SQL Server • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration • Practical experience with version control tools (Git) and continuous integration • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs • Ability to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions • Extensive experience providing technical leadership to development teams
